Balanced Body Movement Principles is the foundation of the Balanced Body Teacher Training Program and is the prerequisite for the Pilates Mat, Reformer, or Comprehensive program.
Anatomy in Three Dimensions is a unique exploration into the anatomy of the human body and is a required course for Reformer and Comprehensive certification.
