Balanced Body Certification

Where Do I Start?

This is everything you need to know to get started.

All Balanced Body programs begin with Anatomy in Three Dimensions and the Balanced Body Movement Principles, bringing together the art and science of movement to create a solid foundation for your practice and your career.

Balanced Body Movement Principles is the foundation of the Balanced Body Teacher Training Program and is the prerequisite for the Pilates Mat, Reformer, or Comprehensive program.

Anatomy in Three Dimensions is a unique exploration into the anatomy of the human body and is a required course for Reformer and Comprehensive certification.

Mat III: Small Apparatus (Online Instruction)
