Upcoming Class Schedule

Virtual Pilates Private Sessions are done by video conferencing with the Zoom app. Once your session is scheduled, we will create a virtual meeting on Zoom and I will send you a link by email to join the meeting. We will be able to see each other, so that I can give you optimal cueing and instructions. This is also a great option for clients that wish to continue their Pilates sessions all year long!
